Curled up, embracing myself

A state of abjection in a dystopian mind

Tensed up as darkness envelops

Heinous thoughts arise

Absent minded, barely making sense of my surroundings

Reality seemingly fading 

Shuddered with horror, I was

Immersed in the shadows

Sleeping eternally in a twisted wonderland
